Maharashtra Knowledge Corporation Limited is an unlisted public company promoted and established by the Department of Higher and Technical Education, Government of Maharashtra and was incorporated on August 20, 2001. It's a high-tech intiative by Government of Maharashtra in design, development and delivery of E-learning, eGovernance, and eEmpowerment programs, technologies, solutions and services and has proven experience in the said fields. The Company has its registered office and operations and Development center at ICC Pune and has 5,000 Authorized Learning Centers registered across Maharashtra.

Company Highlights

• 1) A high-tech initiative by Government of Maharashtra in design, development and delivery of eLearing, eGovernance, and eEmpowerment programs, technologies, solutions and services.
• 2) The Governement of Maharashtra holds 37.13% of the equity in the company.
• 3) Despite the pandemic, the company declared a total dividend of Rs. 1/share for the FY2021.
